Modern vehicles are complex. Warning lights and symptoms don't tell us which part is bad — they only tell us where to start. That's why professional diagnostics are a process, not a guess.
Step 1: Verify the Problem
- Confirm your concern
- Road test the vehicle if needed
We diagnose real problems, not assumptions.
Step 2: Initial Diagnostic (Flat Diagnostic Fee)
- Scan the vehicle's computer systems
- Review stored data from when the fault occurred
- Analyze live sensor data
- Perform basic electrical and mechanical checks
This identifies which system is failing, not yet which part.
Step 3: Decision Point
If the failure is clear, we prepare a repair estimate.
If the failure is not clear, deeper testing is required to pinpoint the exact cause.
Many electrical, intermittent, and modern vehicle issues cannot be identified without advanced testing.
Step 4: Level 2 Testing (Authorized, Time-Based)
- Circuit and wiring testing
- Voltage drop testing
- Oscilloscope analysis
- Fuel, EVAP, or mechanical testing as needed
Billing: $110 per 30 minutes. Testing only. Performed only with customer approval.
This step confirms the exact failed component and prevents unnecessary parts replacement and repeat repairs.
Step 5: Root Cause Confirmed
Customers receive a clear explanation of what failed, why it failed, and what it will take to fix it correctly.
Step 6: Repair Estimate & Approval
No repairs are performed without customer approval. Diagnostic findings guide the repair.
